  1. A net worth of at least $1 million
  2. Liquidity of a minimum of $ 350,000
  3. Have business experience and/or ownership skills related to the operation of a food related concept or the capability of recruiting the experienced management
  4. Must be able to operate multiple locations
  5.  submit full details of company in relation to:
    -Business Address
    -Structure
    -Ownership Details
    -Year of Establishment
Step 1 : Application Review and Final Processing :

We would require company profile, registration of the company showing owners and authorized signatory for final processing and approval.

Step 2 : Personal Meeting

At this meeting, you will learn about our franchise program and the support we offer (such as site selection, training, marketing, etc.). We will discuss your responsibilities to the franchise system and your personal qualifications and business objectives. You will also be invited any of our current franchisees.

Step 3 : Formal Commitment for Financing , Entering into a Franchise Agreement.

Once the memorandum of understanding (MOU) is agreed and signed, the franchise fee is to be paid within maximum of 14 days, the franchise agreement will be prepared for both parties signatures.

Step 4 : Identify a Site

Next , you will select a site in which you would like to open your first outlet .We will assist you in finding and approving a location suitable within your exclusive Development Territory.

Step 5 : Approval of Plans and Construction.

Once Capitalization of the store is formalized, we will assist you in developing site and construction plans which must include our unique design and décor. You will be provided with a planning and design Specification.

Step 6 : Strategic Planning Session

Prior to the opening of your first store, a final meeting is scheduled at our home office. This meeting involves an individual planning session with each department head. The expectations we have of each other are candidly discussed in order to achieve clear communication and objectives.

Step 7: Training

Your team assigned are then scheduled to attend our management training program

Step 8: Complete construction and open for Business.

After you have successfully completed the training, you prepare for outlet opening with the help of our Team of Operations and Marketing personnel and other company representatives

Step 9: Continued Support

We will assist you and support you with one of the best support systems in the industry. We will support you in the areas of purchasing, marketing, development, construction, research and design, human resources,etc

HDC has built a team of experienced and dedicated franchising support. For the moment you complete your franchise application to the time of opening the outlet and beyond, a team of franchising experts are available to supports you in the following:

Operations

A qualified team with more than 12 years of experience in Franchise operation, provide the following services for Franchisees:
-Direct communication with franchise team for support and advise as and when required
-Regular operations manual update
-Procurement support
-Scheduling of deliveries & shipments
-formalizing supporting documentations for all necessary approvals relating to Ministry of Health and Commerce in the franchised territory
-Organizing visits and scheduled trainings

Training

In coordination with the operation team, the following will be achieved:
-Scheduled training program chefs , managers, waiters and baristas before the operation of the first outlet
-Detailed day to day training program
-Evaluation and official report with detailed analysis
-Further training is offered upon franchisee request

Design

A team of licensed interior designers will be offering the following services:
-Handing the complete interior design of the selected space,
-Coordination with space coordination on all standards and specs
-Detailed working drawings and material specifications.
Marketing & PR

A team offering:

-All brand related artworks with print support and guidance
-Graphic Support of all advertising for the brand
-Marketing and Public Relation consulting for the franchisee territory
-Launch support with artwork, plans and advertising
-Press release of product and services to be placed in the franchisee territorial area

Human Resources Support

-The HR Director of the Group will support in providing all JDs and providing recommendation on the number of employees required per category based on outlet area, number of seating and expected kitchen production
-provide information on agencies who can support in referring staff
-Support in the interview of the staff, specifically the Manager position
-Provide HR policy, regulations, as guidance
